Game Day Party Wings!

Ingredients:


With the Big Game around the corner, try this recipe and your guest will love you!




4- 12lbs Frozen Party Wings2

Cups Hot Sauce. (Your favorite)

16oz Zesty Italian Dressing

½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce

½ Cup Soy Sauce

2oz All Purpose Seasoning

2oz Of your favorite BBQ rub


********For best result let wings marinate for 12-24 hours**********


Instructions

Slow thaw the wings in the refrigerator for 24hrs.

Marinade: Combine the Hot Sauce, Italian Dressing, Worcestershire, & Soy Sauce in a mixing bowl.


Place the wings in a large zip top bag and pour the marinade over the wings.

Place Wings in a fridge and let marinade overnight

Get your smoker to a Temperature of 250 to 275 degrees. 275 will make them crisper.

Use hickory and any fruit wood, chips or chunks for the right amount of smoke.

Season each side with an All Purpose seasoning and Your favorite BBQ RubPlace the wings on the smoker and cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165 degrees turning them after about a hour of cooking.

Add more seasonings during the turning process.

Total cook time should be about 1 ½ -2 hours or until the wings reach an internal temp of 165 degrees.
