Simple Shrimp Boil/ Foil Packets

Ingredients 2 lbs XL Shrimp (If you want, You can do a 1 lbs of medium and 1 lbs of XL)

2 lbs Smoked Sausage (Hillshire Hot Smoked Sausage or Something Comparable)

8-12 pieces of Frozen Corn on the Cob Nibblers

6-8 Red Potatoes

Smoked Paprika

2 TBSP Minced Garlic

8 TBSP Butter (Melted) Your Favorite Cajun Seasoning

Old Bay

Lemons for garnish

2 - 3 Green Onions

Oven or grill Temp - 350* F Time - 30-45 min

Heavy Duty Aluminum foil


Directions:

1. Cut up your corn in 1/2 or even in halves.

2. Cut up your potatoes but make sure they are all the same.

3. Add the corn on the cob and potatoes to a pot and boil for 10 mins.

4. Now is a good time to preheat your oven or grill to 350 degrees.

5. Remove the potatoes and corn from pot and drain.

6. Cut up your sausage your and add to the potatoes and corn and set to the side

7. Now it's time to season your shrimp with smoked paprika and Your favorite Cajun Seasoning. Give it a liberal amount and make sure each piece has seasoning to ensure great flavor.

8. Add your shrimp to the the corn, sausage, and potatoes and give it a good stir.

9. Now it's time to add your minced garlic and half of melted butter.

10. Add more cajun seasoning, Old Bay (optional) and give it another good stir.

11. Now it's time to make foil packs using heavy duty aluminum foil.

12. It's totally up to how big or small you want to make them. Make sure you Seal it so steam doesn't get out.

13. Cook for 350 degrees. If you are using a charcoal or gas grill, cook indirect which means away from the fire of the grill

14. Once done, add the other half of the butter and garnish with green onions and lemon juice if you like.
