Loaded Tater Tot Breakfast Skillet

Who doesn't love a good breakfast skillet? This one is real easy to do but has big taste!


Ingredients:


1 Bag Mini Tater Tots

4-6 Strips of Bacon

2 Cloves Minced Garlic

2 Green Onions.

Chopped Pinch of Salt and Pepper

4 Eggs

1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese


*******CAST IRON SKILLET********


Directions:

1.Cook your bacon on the stove or oven to your desired level of crispiness.

Also cook your tater tots per instructions on the bag. 

2. After the tots are cooked, arrange them evenly in the cast iron skillet. 3. Add Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Salt, pepper and chopped green onions.  4. Mix well everything well and turn your burner on medium. 5. Move the tots around to allow (4) holes and then crack an egg inside each spot. 6. Cut the bacon into small pieces and spread evenly throughout skillet. 7. Sprinkle the cheese over the top evenly after you have spread the bacon evenly. 8. Place a lid on lid on top until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked.
